I know that I've been gone way too long but I'm back at least for today...just being honest:) A lot has happened in my life in last few months. Some not so good and some not good at all however, God is still with me and I'm going to be me. I have a quote that I ran across the other day and thought you might like it:

Hi Kay! Hope you are doing well! I love, LOVE the quote - love Dr Suess too!!
I am a single mom with 3 kids on my tail. I take care of my mom..who is 78 years old...i also take care of my father and he died last January 2010. I also take care of him.
The only thing i could say is...we can't give what we don't have..and if we close a small part of our inner part it will be too difficult to reopen. Specially when the reason of closing it, is the one you admire and love.
I am happy...and i don't care what people might say or do...what i care is how i go about anything...
and always tried to do what is right....and give all my best in everything i do. If my grammar is wrong, excuse me for english is my second language..not my native tongue...
Count your blessings every day and thank God for every thud of your heart....

I absolutely love that quote by Dr. Seuss! I'd never heard it before! I just started blogging (about being in my 50's) and am enjoying reading other peoples' writing. Hope it's okay that I stopped by...((Hugs))
