Hello,
I know that I've been gone way too long but I'm back at least for today...just being honest:) A lot has happened in my life in last few months. Some not so good and some not good at all however, God is still with me and I'm going to be me. I have a quote that I ran across the other day and thought you might like it:

Learning is a Never Ending Journey

The older I get the more I learn about myself. Even tho I don't want to ever get rid of anything I am learning that the more I hold on to, the harder it is to let go. My relationship with my Mom has always been a strained one and I never understood why. I want everyone to be absolutely certain and without a doubt that I love Mother!!! However, I can only like her as much as she will let me. There's that learning thing...as much as she will let me... She's never been very forgiving, loving, happy or friendly for that matter.





I like being happy!!!! ;o) That's where the learning comes in. I can't live to please someone that doesn't want to be pleased. I have learned to surround myself with people and things that make ME happy.

Forgiveness is not pretending it didn't happen; It is letting go and learning to live freely.

Hello everyone, It's here and I'm loving every minute of it. Someone gave me a lot of Tiger Lillies so I planted them, I dug up Black-eyed Susans and planted some behind the mailbox. The big question is, "where are we going to plant the garden?" Does anybody have a problem with wild strawberries? I have them everywhere! I can't seem to get rid of them so I'll just keep on yanking.

The chickens are growing and the ducks are HUGE now. We have some pictures of them but like I said, I haven't downloaded them yet....in fact I can't find the wire it requires to download them.....it seems I've misplaced (or thrown them away) I hope not.

Speaking of pictures I spent a couple of hours with Kylee last Fri. We had so much fun. She's talking more, so it makes communicating with her easier. A few times in the past she didn't recognize me but this time she did and we a great time....Oh, what a Blessing that little girl is. I'll be going now and getting back to digging in the dirt.

I was reading around on the latest post and saw that one of my friends hasn't had much to say lately but wanted to let everyone know that she's still around.....Great idea Nancy. I'm still here too and like Nancy said just reading and going from blog to blog is a lot of fun. You should try it sometime, you would be surprised to see how many interesting people there are out there...I like to say they're just as wierd as me...or does that mean I'm normal? Don't answer that!!!! Anyway there's much to tell and I'll be back soon............thank you to all who have been faithful, Kae
