Tips on Tuesday
Actually this is an old wives tale that my Grandma used for us kids when we had poison ivy. Save a cup of coffee(regular) and let it get cold. Dip a cotton ball in it and wipe on the poison ivy..I believe now that the caffeine in the coffee is what stopped the itching.

I've never had poison ivy, but if it ever happens I'll have to remember this.
I am allergic to Poison ivy, so this was a helpful tip for me.

I have walked right through the stuff but never got a bump, itch or twitch.. just luck I guess...
